Launched in 1998, our Extension Services program was established to uplift and empower outgrower communities by enhancing productivity and quality in tea farming.

Extension Services operations was launched in 1998 to improve out growers' productivity and support the small scale tea farmers in the neighbourhood. The operations support over 400 small scale farmers and has greatly enhanced their production in terms of quantity and quality of green leaf through expert advice on Good Agricultural Practices. The Extension services operates a farm input credit scheme for it's registered out growers, which enables them to conveniently access quality farm inputs at cost. The company also runs a green leaf transport Service that helps small growers conveniently deliver green leaf to nearby collection centers.
